DW8 – CONTROLLER FOR DISHWASHER
The base unit (DW8_base) includes the following:
- Two NTC/PTC type sensors. One sensor is used for boiler temperature control and the second for water tank temperature control.
- 5 digital inputs for: detergent low level, rinse aid low level, ON–OFF, door switch, wash start.
- 3 analog inputs for: water level control, boiler temperature, water temperature in the tank.
- 7 relays: boiler 16A, water tank heater 10A, pump 10A, valve 10A, detergent 10A, rinse aid 10A, drain 10A.
- 1 serial input: with the ability to connect, via Cloud IoT, to the CORTEX platform for full data logging, device monitoring, as well as monitoring detergent and rinse aid consumption.
- 5 LED outputs: detergent level, rinse aid level, ON–OFF, wash (cycle), boiler heater.
- 1 buzzer.
The display–keypad unit (DW8_front):
It is a panel-mounted enclosure with dimensions 28 × 70 × 35 mm. It connects to the base unit and displays, via a 3-digit display, the device operation and the two temperatures with an accuracy of 0.5°C. It features 4 buttons for parameter control.
